Last month, MBAx co-founder Casey Gerald made the trek to the George Washington Library at Mount Vernon, where he got to share the mission of MBAs Across America with the first class of Presidential Leadership Scholars.
“My ambition is for the organization not to exist,” Casey shared. “We’re going to spend the next five years working collaboratively with business schools on how to make this kind of experience part of what it means to be an MBA in this country.”
The initiative is organized as a six month training program, which President Bill Clinton says is designed to encourage Americans to “have vigorous debate, serious disagreements, knock-down, drag-out fights, and somehow come to ultimately a resolution that enables the country to keep moving forward.”
MBAx is just one of many organizations represented by the 60 Presidential scholars, who will continue to meet to debate and share the best ideas for our country’s future.
